How long does a visit take?
A standard mosquito treatment is usually 20–40 minutes depending on garden size. A first visit and quote may be a little longer so we can look over the whole property.
Is it safe for kids and pets?
Yes. We use water-based, pet-safe products applied by a trained technician. People and pets can go back into the garden once the treatment has dried — usually within an hour or so.
What happens if it rains on treatment day?
Light rain is usually fine. If it's heavy enough to wash a fresh treatment off, we'll rebook the next suitable day at no extra cost.
Do I need to be home?
Often not. Most mosquito treatments are done to the garden and exterior, so as long as we can access the property you don't need to wait in.
Can I cancel or pause the plan?
Yes. There's no contract and no auto-renewal. Pause it over winter, cancel after a single treatment — just let us know.
